JUST A QUESTION,… are angels God’s spiritual children?????

  1. I would suggest that we are God’s spiritual children. Angels are God’s gofers. They go or this and go for that. They get no 2nd chances, one screw up and it’s the lake of fire. One third found that out the hard way. Satan, the greatest angel, decided he wanted to be his won boss and has been freelancing ever since. His fate was sealed the second he decided to grab the wheel and try to drive the bus himself.
The ancient Hebrews believed that once God spoke, it was done. It cannot be retracted and it was as if it was already done. The same is true of Satan and the rebellious angels.
In reality they are already toast.

Nope angels are servants of God messengers and winds of fire .Men stand to inherit the promises of God.

  3. I agree with most of what you say–I believe that salvation is a gift that God has for all of us we simply have to reach out and receive it. I don’t believe that once you receive this wonderful gift that you can ever lose it. God’s Love is awesome and I love the energy you put into your posts:)
I think though with the children of Israel in Egypt that they were told to apply the blood to their doorposts and they had the choice to do it or not. But they were aware of the command and they obeyed God which saved the oldest child when the death angel came through. This was a foreshadowing of Jesus blood shed on the cross at Passover that would not just cover sin but take it away completely.

      • JOHNEDOE says:

      • In Exodus the sprinkling of the blood of the paschal lamb was an emblem of the sacrifice and atonement made by the death of Jesus Christ.” this from Adam Clarke commentary. In Hebrews 9:12-14 we find more definition of what that means to us today. Also in I Peter 1:18 & 19. He gave His blood once for all to take away our sins. In John 1:12 we read that to as many as received Him to them gave He the power to become the sons of God.” So even thought Jesus blood was freely sacrificed for all mankind people still have to make a decision to receive His blood into their lives in other words to accept Him as their Lord and Savior. I hope this helps. God Bless

I love your pondering and asking questions, because that is how we learn things! I might think my children are angels, at times, but not sure that’s biblical. 🙂 God bless you!
